INTRODUCTION
Although geographically separated, it's remarkable how often IQ members work together - and in a variety of ways.

Worldwide Adventurers
IQ's Kevin DeWalt of Minds Eye Pictures was producing a worldwide adventure television series. Early in the planning stage an email was sent to IQ members outlining the series, and requesting suggestions for adventure activities and assistance for his crews filming in foreign countries. Kevin received nothing but positive responses, enabling a smooth and well co-ordinated international production.

Accelerated Reaction
IQ response is fast. Fellow members’ requests for advice, assistance, overseas shooting estimates and specific production take-up challenges are promptly fielded, enabling record set-up times when the project gets the green light.

Global Synergy
Pamela Drewe, of Spika Films in Madrid, specialises in the production of television commercials. She claims that the Spanish must be among the most difficult clients in the world, that when they give a brief they want the quote immediately, if not yesterday, then they sit on it for ages before suddenly saying OK, can you shoot next week?

Thanks to IQ, Pamela has filmed with Lee Gluckman in California and with members in London and Turkey. Filming also twice with each member in both Cuba and Portugal.

All great shoots, she says. She has also received detailed quotes and location photos within hours from member in New Zealand and Xuesong Li in China.

Like all IQ members, Pamela finds life so much easier knowing that the production requirements are understood immediately, and that there is someone working with you, rather than for you.

Lonely At The Top? No Way!
Management questions arise habitually: Should I expand the business? When do I invest in new technology? What's the best animation package for our needs? How do I handle an under-performing staff member? How much do we need to invest in training or marketing?

Critical issues business owners and managing directors need to discuss with someone, but not staff members or the competition. So where do you find someone at the top management level who understands your industry, your issues, your problems?

"Throughout our 21 years in business I have had to shrink my company and rapidly expand it, the advice, insights and lessons shared were literally sanity saving and life altering."
- Vern Oakley, Tribe Pictures, New Jersey, USAI feel I have a worldwide

IQ members have access to scores of fellow members who experience the same issues, and can proffer forthcoming advice in a laidback climate of mutual trust and respect.
